Ingredients for Healthy Pizza Dough:
- 1 cup warm milk.
- 1/2 tsp sugar.
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast.
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
- 1 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 2 Tbs olive oil.
Step by step how to cook Healthy Pizza Dough:
- Mix the sugar, milk and yeast together..
- Set aside for 10 minutes..
- Mix flour and salt together, add olive oil and mix them by hand..
- Add the yeast mixture with flour mixture after setting aside for 10 minutes..
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes..
- Transfer to a bowl that is greased with olive oil, cover and let rest for 1 hour at least..
