Knead until soft and pliable.Roll out on floured surface about 1/8 inch thick. If you want to make salt dough look like gingerbread for Gingerbread men divide dough in half and add the 1/2 cup Allspice and kneed together. Cut shapes with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheets.
