  2. 1 lb roast beef from deli thinly sliced.
  3. 1 red onion.
  4. 1 red pepper.
  5. 1 green pepper.
  6. 1 packages shredded pepperjack cheese or swiss.
  7. 1 pints vegetable oil or canola.
  8. 2 eggs.
  9. 1 tbsp milk.
  10. 1 packages eggroll wraps.
  11. 1 tsp salt.
  12. 1 pinch black pepper.
  13. 1 tbsp olive oil.
  14. 1 tsp cayenne pepper.
  15. 1 tsp paprika.
