- 1 pound egg Noodles.
- As needed water to boil noodles.
- 1 tablespoon salt for water to boil noodles.
- 1 tablespoon extra Virgin olive oil.
- As needed oil to fry the meatballs.
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs for topping.
- 2 tablespoons melted butter for breadcrumbs.
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley flakes.

- Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Soak the milk and half cup breadcrumbs.
- Mix the soaked breadcrumbs with the rest of the meatball ingredients..
