Ingredients for Hipon Pinakbet or Steamed Shrimps w vegetables in Shrimp paste Sauce:
- 1/4 grams shrimps.
- 2 medium onions chopped.
- 4 cloves garlic chopped.
- 1 thumb size ginger minced.
- Okra tips and points cuts.
- Sitaw or string beans cut into 2in.
- 1 eggplant sliced into half moon shaped.
- Ampalaya or bitter gourd seeds spooned out and sliced.
- Shrimp paste.
- 2 finger green chilies.
- 4 tomatoes chopped.
