- 3/4 Pound Diced Pineapple.

- 2 Oz. Shelled Nuts.
- 3 Tablespoons Garlic Sauce.
- 1 Tablespoon Turmeric Powder.
- 1 Tablespoon Yellow Curry Powder.
- 1 Tablespoon Cardamom.
- 1 Tablespoon Cummin.
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper.
- 1/2 Can Light Flavored Beer (ie. Pale Ale, Pilsner).
