- 1 tablespoon butter (use oil for vegan version).
- 3 tablespoons rice bran oil (or any oil with high smoke point).
- 3 cloves garlic - crushed.
- Small bunch of thyme.
- 1/2 teaspoon picked thyme leaves.
- Salt.
