Ingredients for Fried Noodles:
- 2 pkts of noodles.
- Oil.
- 1 onion.
- 1 capsicum.
- Gharam masala.
- Water.
- Soy sauce.
Step by step how to cook Fried Noodles:
- Place the noodles in boiling water.
- Let it simmer for 2minutes.
- Drain the water and put the noodles aside.
- Fry onions in a pan then add the chopped capsicums.
- Put some gharam masala and stir for 2minutes.
- Place the noodles in the pan. Stir and serve hot.
- You can add protein of your choice.
