- 150 gr grounded shrimp.
- 50 gr shrimp, minced.
- 50 gr tapioca starch.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 large white egg.
- 1/2 tsp salt.

- /- 1 L shrimp stock (water from boiling shrimp).
- 1 clove garlic, mash.
- 1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce.
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder.

Step by step how to cook Shrimp Balls Soup:
- Make shrimp balls : combine all ingredients until smooth and mix well.
- Boil +/- 1 L shrimp stock water then turn of the heat. Take about 1tsp dough and make ball shape using two spoons then put into the water. Turn on the heat on low level. Cook the shrimp ball until fully cooked. Lift and drain.
