  1. 2 lb squid.
  2. 6 cloves garlic.
  3. 1 medium onion.
  4. 3 tbsp oil.
  5. 1/3 cup soy sauce.
  6. 1 cup water.
  7. 1/2 cup vinegar.
  8. Salt and pepper for taste.
