- 4 tbls. Porridge oats.
- 1/2 Pint Milk.
- 1 pinch Salt (0ptional).
- 1 tbls Dried Sultanas.
Step by step how to cook My Porridge number 2:
- Add the oats to a saucepan add the milk then bring it to the boil slowly stirring often, add a little salt (Opt).
- When it comes to the boil lower the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- When it's thicker and time is up add to a bowl. Add the sultanas and a little milk around the edge about 2 tbls. You could add a little honey too if you like just 1/2 Tsp. Serve hot in a bowl..
