3. 1 Brick Cream cheese..
4. 1 Tub Cool whip..
5. 1/2 Bag Chocolate chips..
6. 1 tbsp Butter..

1. Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Then let cool..
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth..
3. Then fold the cool whip into the cream cheese..
4. Chop half of the oreo cookies and fold into cream cheese mixture..
5. Start assembling cake. One cake layer on the bottom..
