- 500 gm Tomatoes.
- 5 gm Ginger paste.
- 5 gm Garlic paste.
- 3 number Green Chilies.

- 50 gm Butter.

- Add Oil and butter together in a non stick pan in slow flame. Then place the chicken in the pan and brown all the side..
- As chicken is browned add the tomato pureed and cook till chicken is cooked, add little water if required just to, make sure it should not stick..
- Then finish with cream and give a boil. Check seasoning..
- Serve with roti or rice.
