Ingredients for Creamy Pesto Chicken & Pasta Quick Hack:

  1. Your favorite Chicken part/s.
  2. Bottled or ready-made Pesto sauce.
  3. 3-4 garlic cloves, smashed.
  4. 1/2 red onion, sliced coarsely.
  5. 1 large or 2 small dry bay/laurel leaves.
  6. 1 c or more water.
  7. 1/2 cube chicken bullion or broth cube.
  8. Cooked pasta.
  9. 150 ml all purpose cream (nestle or other).
  10. pinch peppercorns (huge pinch).
  11. to taste Salt.
  12. Sprinkle of Parmesan (optional).
