Ingredients for Sour Dough Loaf:

  1. 1 Pre-make Sour Dough Sponge.
  2. 250 grams Flour.
  3. 10 grams Salt.
  4. 1 tbsp Olive Oil.

Step by step how to cook Sour Dough Loaf:

  1. Mixed all ingredient in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Start kneading for 5-10minutes.
  3. Shape it into nice round shape and let it rise until double its original size.
  4. When it rise up nicely for the first time, knock the air out and re-shape the dough and let it rise for the second time.
  5. When the dough rise up for the second time, it is ready for the oven..
  6. Take a sharp knife and give it a few score so that the bread can expand better in the oven.
  7. Sprinkle some flour on top of the bread and bake in a pre-heated oven approximately 220°c for 40 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let it cool before eating the bread.
