Ingredients for Sour Dough Loaf:
- 1 Pre-make Sour Dough Sponge.
- 250 grams Flour.
- 10 grams Salt.
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil.
Step by step how to cook Sour Dough Loaf:
- Mixed all ingredient in a large mixing bowl.
- Start kneading for 5-10minutes.
- Shape it into nice round shape and let it rise until double its original size.
- When it rise up nicely for the first time, knock the air out and re-shape the dough and let it rise for the second time.
- When the dough rise up for the second time, it is ready for the oven..
- Take a sharp knife and give it a few score so that the bread can expand better in the oven.
- Sprinkle some flour on top of the bread and bake in a pre-heated oven approximately 220°c for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let it cool before eating the bread.
