- 1 lb raw cleaned shrimp.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 1/4 cup lime juice.
- 1/4 cup tequila.
- 2 tbs. chile powder.
- 2 tbs. garlic powder.
- 2 tbs. salt or less depends on ur liking.
- 1 sliced lemon.
- 2 tbs. evoo.

- Toss all ingredients together and bake for 30-35 min in a oven @ 375° until pink and they curl.
- Remove lemon.. And serve on a warm corn tortilla topped with shredded cabbage salsa and lime.
