  1. 1 cup atta or all purpose flour.
  2. If atta is not available then all purpose flour.
  3. 1 tsp rock salt.
  4. 1 tsp black pepper.
  5. 1 tsp turmeric.
  6. 1 tsp red chili powder.
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder.
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder.
  9. 1 tablespoon ajwain or carom seeds.
  10. 1 tsp cumin seeds.
  11. 3 tbsp desi ghee or melted butter.
